For more than 15 years, Tyler Brewer has been a trusted presence on California’s Central Coast, known for a warm, community-focused approach to legal document preparation. He earned a Paralegal Studies degree from Kaplan University and has worked in the legal field since 2009. Through Brewer Family Law, Tyler assists individuals and families with family law legal document preparation for common matters such as uncontested divorce, child custody and visitation, child support, parentage, and guardianship.
Brewer Family Law serves clients throughout the entire State of California, including all 58 counties, with a strong presence in Santa Barbara County, San Luis Obispo County, Kern County, and the Antelope Valley areas of Palmdale and Lancaster in Los Angeles County. Tyler also brings a unique perspective as a Master Certified Divorce Coach through IAPO Career College, helping clients feel supported with clear communication and steady guidance. He’s known for explaining the process in plain language and making each step feel more manageable.

Document Preparation Intern
Carrie Elrod is a Document Preparation Intern at Brewer Family Law, where she assists with the preparation of legal documents for family law matters, as well as trusts, wills, and other estate planning documents. Her work focuses on accurate document completion, organization, and procedural support, helping clients move their paperwork forward efficiently and with care.
With several years of experience in customer service and elder care, Carrie brings strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a professional, client-focused approach to every interaction.
She has completed a Paralegal Studies Program and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Southern New Hampshire University.
