Frequently Asked Questions
Navigating the legal system can be confusing. We are here to provide clarity. Below are answers to the most common questions we receive regarding our Legal Document Assistant (LDA) services, pricing, and process.

No. Brewer Family Law is a registered and bonded Legal Document Assistant (LDA) service. We are not attorneys. We cannot give you legal advice, tell you what your rights are, represent you in court, or select forms for you. We provide self-help services at your specific direction, ensuring your documents are prepared correctly, professionally, and efficiently.
